Thought we would share tip #25, one of the fast favourites…
Relief in the palm of your hands. Seeing double from staring at technology for too long? Try yoga for your eyes. Truly, there is a little yoga exercise for your eyes called ‘palming’. Try this:
- Rub the palms of your hands together, fast, until you feel heat build up between them.
- Close your eyes and quickly press your warmed hands over your eyes gently for a few seconds.
Repeat 5 times to ease the tiredness and muscle tension around your eyes
