The Burnout Pups return

They are back!

Settled into their new digs by the sea, they are proper seaside pups.  They are just raring to share their wisdom, humour (and believe me they have a quirky humour) and inspiration with all their adoring highly sensitive fans. (that’s you darling)

Q doesn’t understand why people find him intense!…..really that boy he just thinks he’s being adorable

Q intense

My best multi-tasking moment

beegees(just wanted to share this little moment with you)

I found myself multi-tasking the other night while making dinner.  What a blast and it made me soooo happy.  Here’s why…

It was simple and it was set to music.

There I was, scanning for something interesting on the telly while I made dinner.  Found it! What I didn’t bank on was how invigorating and happy the combo of making dinner and watching telly would make me!

(I know you think I’m pathetic don’t you)!

I was watching, listening, chopping, toe tapping, head bobbing, and singing out loud to the BeeGees (One Night Only) concert. Who doesn’t like Jive Talking, More than a Woman to Me, Night Fever.

I realised in my boogie moment that I was actually multi-tasking (count em, 6 tasks simultaneously) and that THIS type of multi-tasking could be good for us…and you know The Burnout Queens don’t advocate multi-tasking often.

Ladies…find your groove!  Whatever simple task you have before you today, make it fun and enjoy the beauty.

Sharing groove moments welcomed below…The Burnout Queens xx

Sharing an Inc. article on Likeable People

high-tea-ladiesThere is a great article in Inc. online that we wanted to share with all of our sensitive ladies!

This sounds an awful lot like many highly sensitive people we know, and work with.  There’s just such a beautiful difference in how we look at and relate to others around us (no bias here then) and this article sums it perfectly.

10 Behaviors of Phenomenally Likeable People!  (click this title for the read)

What’s not to like about that title…See if you can relate.  It’s a good read that encourages you to embrace your sensitive side.
